Reporting to the General Counsel, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with the General Counsel, Legal Ops Manager, and Paralegal, contributing to a wide range of projects that support the company’s legal, compliance, and operational initiatives.
As a Legal Assistant contractor, you will tackle projects that directly support Legal’s goals—such as contract management, legal operations, and privacy compliance—while collaborating with cross-functional teams, honing your technical skills, and receiving mentorship.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools like LinkSquares, support privacy and security assessments, and develop strong organizational and communication skills.
