This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities
  • Make strategic decisions on feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, value vs. effort, and customer impact analysis

Product Development & Execution

  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Work within Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) to manage product backlogs and sprint planning
  • Build prototypes and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences

Data & Experimentation

  • Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion
  • Monitor product KPIs, user behavior analytics, and funnel performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and unit economics analysis to inform decisions
  • Partner with data teams to build dashboards and reporting for product performance tracking

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Interface with leadership, marketing, customer support, and other teams to align on priorities
  • Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints

Growth & Optimization

  • Drive initiatives across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Optimize conversion funnels, pricing strategies, and user onboarding flows
  • Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management

What You'll Bring

Experience & Background

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products
  • Experience managing products in high-traffic consumer web platforms, subscription businesses, e-commerce, adtech, or SaaS
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and measurable business impact
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional development teams

  • Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and technical architecture to collaborate effectively with engineering
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)

Product & Business Acumen

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and growth strategies
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and user research methodologies
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, SEO fundamentals, and digital acquisition strategies
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Soft Skills & Working Style
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute tactical work
