Carrot is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI function as it scales to meet, and anticipate, the needs of the organization and its clients. This is an executional role providing essential analytics support across the company: you will gather requirements, field ad hoc and recurring data requests, and build the reporting dashboards that leaders across Carrot rely on to make decisions.
You will work hands-on with modern data tooling, including SQL, dbt, and enterprise BI platforms, and partner with teams across the business to translate their questions into clear, trustworthy answers. The BI team is highly cross-functional and sits alongside Data Engineering, making this a strong opportunity to sharpen technical skills while building broad business context in a mission-driven environment.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be the connective tissue between raw data and those decisions, ensuring the organization runs on insights it can trust.

The starting base salary for this position will range from $98,000.00- $125,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
