The posting explicitly lists Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago in the allowed countries metadata, operates within LATAM scope with no language requirement beyond English, and the timezone window (Eastern/Central US) overlaps substantially with UTC-5 (Kingston, Jamaica). The role is full-time employee but no work authorization restriction is stated, only remote-first status is required.
“Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia +19 more” Geographic scope — Caribbean named explicitly; included subject to G3 (which passed above).
“suriname” Geographic scope — Structured location list contains unrecognisable entries — templated artifact, not trusted as scope.
“Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela” Geographic scope — Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago are explicitly listed in the source-provided allowed countries, confirming the role is open to the target user's home region.
“This role is based in LATAM and operates primarily in Eastern US time zone with significant overlap with Central time zone.” Geographic scope — LATAM scope is confirmed; however, the explicit country list (which includes Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago) overrides the typical LATAM exclusion because the Caribbean is named in the allowed countries.
“This role is based in LATAM and operates primarily in Eastern US time zone with significant overlap with Central time zone.” Timezone — Eastern US time zone (UTC-5) aligns perfectly with Jamaica (UTC-5). Central time zone (UTC-6) still allows 4+ hours overlap within the target user's working day 08:00-18:00 UTC-5.
“We are a remote-first company, and you should be comfortable working with a distributed global team.” Language — No language requirement beyond English is stated or implied anywhere in the posting; the role does not require bilingual capability or non-English language proficiency.
