A fast-growing U.S.-based restaurant technology company is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead CRM-driven campaigns that boost customer retention, reorder rates, and long-term value. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and automation—starting with email and expanding into SMS and push notifications.

You’ll support both Marketplace and Direct business units by designing and executing personalized lifecycle journeys, managing segmentation and triggered flows, and optimizing performance across channels. If you’re passionate about turning customer data into meaningful engagement, this is your chance to help scale a proven growth engine.

What You’ll Do

Audience Segmentation & Targeting

  • Translate behavioral, transactional, and market-level data into dynamic audience lists
  • Build event-triggered segments using tools like Segment, Databricks, or SendGrid Automations

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development—from strategy and copywriting to testing and deployment
  • Manage manual sends and automated workflows within the ESP

Lifecycle Journey Design

  • Create triggered flows for onboarding, winbacks, inactivity, seasonal events, and new launches
  • Design experiences that drive repeat behavior and deepen customer relationships

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Test subject lines, content, timing, and formats to improve performance
  • Launch scalable playbooks based on campaign insights

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per send)
  • Build dashboards and share learnings to guide future strategy

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on lifecycle or email marketing experience
  • Daily-use proficiency with ESPs like SendGrid (preferred) , Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Ability to write compelling email copy and interpret funnel metrics
  • Comfortable building audience lists from behavioral and transactional data

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic HTML and light SQL/data query capabilities
  • Experience in foodtech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
  • Self-starter mindset with potential to own strategy over time

What’s Offered

  • Full-time remote opportunity with a U.S.-based tech company
  • High-impact role with ownership across CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • Flexible work environment and autonomy to grow within the role
  • Competitive compensation paid in USD via preferred platforms
