About the role

The role combines event operations, data management, digital platforms, attendee communication, and event technology. Over time, you will take ownership of selected processes and contribute to improving attendee experience and operational efficiency.

You will be involved in

  • Database management and data organization with the help of AI tools
  • Supporting attendee registrations and participant communication
  • Updating websites and registration platforms
  • Preparing and managing AV and technical equipment during events
  • Supporting event production together with the events team
  • Coordinating with graphic designers on visual materials
  • Supporting additional operational and event-related projects as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in events, technology, and operations, with focus on implementation of newest AI tools and technologies improving efficiency and increasing speed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude

Customer-oriented communication skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced international environments

Excellent English communication skills

  • Experience with CMS platforms, registration systems, or graphic design tools is considered a plus
