The Interfaith Public Health Network (IPHN) mobilizes faith leaders and communities to engage in public health policy, with a particular focus on food systems, nutrition, and industry accountability. Through convening, coalition-building, and advocacy, the organization works to influence the underlying drivers of health at local, state, and national levels.
The Director of Programming and Partnership Development creates and facilitates programs, offerings, and resource development for faith communities and the broader public on behalf of IPHN, that will lead to advocacy engagement and enhance the health of the people IPHN serves. She/he will strengthen opportunities for collaboration between faith communities and public health professionals. She/he will also assist in supporting operational leadership of IPHN, and provide leadership in the field of her/his area of expertise at the intersection of faith and public health.
Cultivate and nurture new partner relationships with key leaders in institutions of higher learning, congregations, organizations, established and emerging scholars, funders, and potential programmatic partners.
You are a strategic, collaborative leader with experience in public health, faith communities, and partnership development. They are a strong communicator and facilitator who can build relationships, lead engaging programs and events, and connect diverse stakeholders around shared goals. They are mission-driven, committed to equity and inclusion, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and representing IPHN with partners across sectors and communities.
