Why you can actually get this job

Structured scope is worldwide. Visa sponsorship being unavailable is not a barrier to a remote role worked from the candidate's own country, and no location requirement is stated.

“Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.” Work authorization — Mentions no visa sponsorship, but the employment path is 'unknown' — on a contractor role no visa is involved, so this is boilerplate and does NOT disqualify (§6.2 G1).
“Worldwide” Geographic scope — No location restrictions stated — worldwide.
“Source-provided allowed countries: (none — worldwide)” Geographic scope — Structured worldwide scope; no sponsorship is needed to work remotely from one's own country.
