We're looking for a hands-on Senior Corporate IT Engineer to own and scale the technology that supports our workforce. This role spans endpoint management, identity and access, SaaS administration, automation, security, and the employee lifecycle.
You'll own and improve the systems behind House Rx 's day-to-day operations, including Windows and macOS devices, MDM platforms, identity systems, SaaS applications, endpoint security controls, and onboarding and offboarding workflows.This is a systems ownership role, not primarily a ticket-based support position. You should be comfortable investigating complex problems, managing systems end to end, writing scripts, improving processes, and partnering with Security, Engineering, People, and Operations.
Own endpoint management across Windows and macOS, including provisioning, MDM policies (Iru, Microsoft Intune, PDQ), software deployment, patching, encryption, compliance, and standards for the complete device lifecycle.
Experience administering identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft 365, with a strong grasp of SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management.
