Our systems handle extreme and unpredictable traffic spikes — from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of requests per minute — and this role plays a critical part in keeping them fast, reliable, and secure.

  • Designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for safe, repeatable, zero-downtime deployments.
  • Partnering with engineering teams to evolve infrastructure and deployment standards.
  • Implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability for proactive issue detection.

  • Proficiency in scripting and at least one programming language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain past decisions, trade-offs, failures, and learnings.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments without rigid SOPs.
  • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • AWS certifications.
  • Experience in fast-growing or high-scale environments.
  • Experience supporting modern web applications.
  • Competitive salary based on skill set.
