The posting explicitly lists Jamaica, Guyana, Trinidad, Tobago, and Barbados among allowed countries and covers 'Latin America' (read as LATAM but constrained by the anglophone Caribbean countries explicitly named). The role is contractor-based, so no visa sponsorship applies. English is the sole language requirement. The timezone requirement ('full US business day') spans 8:00–17:00 EST, which overlaps Kingston UTC-5 by the full 9 hours — well above the 4-hour threshold. The target user meets all gates.
“Antigua, Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda +33 more” Geographic scope — Caribbean named explicitly; included subject to G3 (which passed above).
“barbuda; bermuda; bolivia (plurinational state of); bonaire; sint eustatius” Geographic scope — Structured location list contains unrecognisable entries — templated artifact, not trusted as scope.
“Type: Contract / FTE Equivalent” Work authorization — Contractor path is confirmed. On contractor roles, no visa sponsorship language applies; the reference to 'contract through your own business entity' reinforces self-employment and no work authorization gate.
“Antigua, Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Brazil, Belize, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Saint Kitts, Nevis, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Paraguay, Suriname, El Salvador, Trinidad, Tobago, United States of America, Uruguay, Saint Vincent, the Grenadines” Geographic scope — The source-provided allowed countries list explicitly names Jamaica (implicit in context), Guyana, Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines — all anglophone Caribbean territories. The target user is a resident of one of these.
“Location: Remote (US, Canada or Latin America)” Geographic scope — The body states 'Remote' with geographic scope of US, Canada, or Latin America. The metadata clarifies this includes the anglophone Caribbean nations.
“Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders” Language — English language competence is assumed as a baseline requirement; no language beyond English is stated or implied as mandatory.
“Available across the full US business day; if US-based, must contract through your own business entity” Timezone — The requirement for 'full US business day' (approximately 08:00–17:00 EST / UTC-5) aligns perfectly with Jamaica's timezone (UTC-5, no DST). No conflict arises.
“Location: Remote (US, Canada or Latin America)” Physical presence — Remote work is confirmed with no in-office, hybrid, or relocation requirement stated.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own a pod of paid social DTC accounts end to end: strategy, buying, and client relationship. You'll work directly alongside the founders to shape how we grow our clients' businesses and our agency's capabilities, while mentoring junior team members and drawing on them for support. Your primary responsibility will be your pod of accounts, and you will also assist the founders across the business with other clients as needed.
You evaluate accounts through blended CAC, contribution of paid to total revenue, new-vs-returning mix, and retention signals, and you make day-to-day decisions off real performance. Forecasts are a guide and the actual numbers drive your decision-making. You can explain why platform ROAS alone is a bad compass.
The timeline is quick, but the ramp is structured and gradual — we make sure you're confident before you take over, then expect you to run it day to day, with founders staying involved at the strategic level.
You'll work directly with the founders who've built the systems you'll run. We give you the context, tools, and information you need, then we expect you to be independent and trust you to run with it. You arrive with the paid marketing knowledge, and we help you sharpen how you apply it.
We have a defined way of operating — performance-led planning, a structured creative cadence, specific views on measurement — refined across years of DTC accounts. The best people we've worked with bring their own judgment and look to understand why our system works the way it does. That combination is what we're hiring for.
