Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions and drive operational improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and enjoys working with large datasets to identify trends, measure performance, and solve business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that help optimize processes and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and business intelligence best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
