The Outbound GTM Specialist, part of the Revenue Enablement team, is responsible for building and scaling Storyblok's outbound enablement strategy to maximize seller productivity and pipeline generation. This role designs and delivers onboarding, coaching, certifications, and AI-powered enablement programs that equip SDRs with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes needed to succeed. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, the Outbound GTM Specialist develops scalable outbound playbooks, standardizes best practices, drives adoption of modern sales technologies, and continuously improves enablement programs through performance insights and data. This role is instrumental in accelerating ramp time, increasing outbound effectiveness, and supporting career progression across the revenue organization.
Measure and report on enablement effectiveness through key performance indicators including ramp time, pipeline generation, activity quality, technology adoption, certification completion, and BDR/SDR career progression.
Deep understanding of the range of tools typically used by a fast-growing SaaS company including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Data Enrichment, BI and Customer Data Management.
